COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Nexen SBP5-32.0-054-130-12.0-165 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Pacific-Scientific products, including obsoleted and phased-out Leeson,-Haight parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sew product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Pacific-Scientific such as the S32HNNAHSNS02 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PRI108385S manufactured by Leeson,-Haight and we are pleased to be able to service most Leeson,-Haight systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SAF37DT80M4BMG1HRKS by Manufacturer Sew as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sew Brand S37DT80N2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Baldor such as S2P117W039G1 equipment made by Baldor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Baldor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Baldor" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PS130630P3474 made by Abb as well as the popular SA37AM56 original spares produced by Sew Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the R166 by Ao-Smith and S2P117W039G1 spares by Baldor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original R40DT90S4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sew. |
