COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nord products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nord parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nsk product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nord such as the 12FC14345TC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 02040N56C manufactured by Nord and we are pleased to be able to service most Nord systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6214Z100C22 by Manufacturer Nsk as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Nord Brand 32100AZDSH in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Raychem such as 712836000 equipment made by Raychem have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Raychem products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Raychem" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 209112D1 made by Ntn as well as the popular RM812550 original spares produced by Norgren

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PNPS115010102SH by Parker and 712836000 spares by Raychem are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original X5900050X2400030X1900009 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Reeves.
