COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Newport MTM100PP1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued North-American-Electric products, including obsoleted and phased-out Omron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Parker product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader North-American-Electric such as the 2010B0603RP0113Q2055 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the R88MU20030HAS1 manufactured by Omron and we are pleased to be able to service most Omron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 9958R0020 by Manufacturer Parker as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ormec Brand SACD08MA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Parker such as C3S063V2F12I21T30M00A22 equipment made by Parker have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Parker products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Parker" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available GV6H20RR made by Parker as well as the popular 2013B0204TP0013N4000 original spares produced by North-American-Electric Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BLIID150A100606251515 by Okuma and C3S063V2F12I21T30M00A22 spares by Parker are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EMLZ10CF105 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nsk. |
