COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Newport ESP6000 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Yaskawa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ohio-Gear--Trans product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the CSWDM3558T spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CPCR01SD1AT manufactured by Yaskawa and we are pleased to be able to service most Yaskawa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature D0X by Manufacturer Ohio-Gear--Trans as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Gettys Brand D015559 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Quality-Import such as DH052060E4N01 equipment made by Quality-Import have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available E315 made by Emerson as well as the popular CP4172930210830 original spares produced by Parker

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DRE90M4 by Sew and DH052060E4N01 spares by Quality-Import are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DXE316WBWHITE Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Emerson.
