COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Newport ESP 300 Series/ 36979-01 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Okuma products, including obsoleted and phased-out Prism parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Newport product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Okuma such as the 191116423504504 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the JP1000 manufactured by Prism and we are pleased to be able to service most Prism systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ESP300Series3697901 by Manufacturer Newport as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Nikon Brand 4S587605 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Okuma such as BLIID150A100606251515 equipment made by Okuma have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Okuma products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Okuma" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available D8A made by Okuma as well as the popular MIV04A1B5 original spares produced by Okuma Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DRT1TS04P by Omron and BLIID150A100606251515 spares by Okuma are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2010B0404TP0013N4000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer North-American-Electric. |
