COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Newell DG211000 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sumitomo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cmc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Hurletron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sumitomo such as the CNHMS036095YASG87 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the C41BS0A12B00000 manufactured by Cmc and we are pleased to be able to service most Cmc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DC by Manufacturer Hurletron as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fujitsu Brand D087368 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Magnetek such as C317 equipment made by Magnetek have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Magnetek products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Magnetek" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CSWDM3554T made by Baldor as well as the popular CWDL3513 original spares produced by Baldor

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the D5z2056 by Hanning and C317 spares by Magnetek are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DFT80K4ampS47DT80K4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sew.
