COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the New Power Electronics NSI-02D parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Fanuc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Intek parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Kollmorgen product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Fanuc such as the mtr3n33gr0nsa spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MPM892488 manufactured by Intek and we are pleased to be able to service most Intek systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MT308A1R1C1 by Manufacturer Kollmorgen as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baldor Brand MR94650 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Parker such as MPM1142ASG7G3R equipment made by Parker have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Parker products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Parker" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MSMM040B0300NNM0CG0 made by Rexroth as well as the popular MVM3558C original spares produced by Baldor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MQMA012P1T by Panasonic and MPM1142ASG7G3R spares by Parker are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MRJ3350B41S2062G86R7J Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsubishi. |
