COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the New Flyer Parts 133666 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Perfection products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nord parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nissei-Corp product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Perfection such as the SB3210B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SK90121AZBHK56C20 manufactured by Nord and we are pleased to be able to service most Nord systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AF3FZ32H40M750S2 by Manufacturer Nissei-Corp as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Nidec Brand ERKR47B400 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ohio such as DZB2325F equipment made by Ohio have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ohio products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ohio" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RATIO10571 made by Quantis as well as the popular 1217L45N10 original spares produced by Nurd Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 928004 by Nexen and DZB2325F spares by Ohio are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 5GK18K Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Oriental-Motor. |
