COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Nemicon OEZ-12-2MT parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued North-American products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nook parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Noshok product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader North-American such as the H306420103 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 54950100 manufactured by Nook and we are pleased to be able to service most Nook systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 20020001227 by Manufacturer Noshok as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Nissyo-Instrument-Co.,-Ltd. Brand CM101TPH in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Norcroft such as 15VR10218751 equipment made by Norcroft have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Norcroft products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Norcroft" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available OWP445T1256 made by North-American-Electric as well as the popular HGW25HCH original spares produced by Nimih Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A164600001 by Novatech and 15VR10218751 spares by Norcroft are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NPSA25NN50 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nikki-Denso. |
