COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Nemicon OEW2-036-2MHT parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nsk products, including obsoleted and phased-out North-American-Electric/siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Noshok product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nsk such as the ASTROE500Z spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1000B0254XHT128S2000 manufactured by North-American-Electric/siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most North-American-Electric/siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 10015001127 by Manufacturer Noshok as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Nippon-Gerotor-Co Brand EIS256007 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Nissei such as D0201 equipment made by Nissei have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nissei products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nissei" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available NCRCDA1A2A113 made by Nikki-Denso as well as the popular OWP365T406 original spares produced by North-American-Electric Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 10010001127 by Noshok and D0201 spares by Nissei are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 4S013374 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nikon. |
