COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Nemicon HES-18-2HCP parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Northstar products, including obsoleted and phased-out Novotechnik parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nippon product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Northstar such as the SL56SE1024 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2323 manufactured by Novotechnik and we are pleased to be able to service most Novotechnik systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SDC838A by Manufacturer Nippon as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Nippon Brand SDC838 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Novaseptic such as AT52 equipment made by Novaseptic have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 80L made by Nord as well as the popular AP01S12G211BIS original spares produced by Norton-Actuators

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NPSATMTA222 by Nikki-Denso and AT52 spares by Novaseptic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PESS213TC3M6 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer North-American-Electric.
