COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Nemicon ASS-1024GC-24-100-00E parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Norbro products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nlt-Technologies parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Norcross product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Norbro such as the 05RDA401SD000A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NL6448BC2609 manufactured by Nlt-Technologies and we are pleased to be able to service most Nlt-Technologies systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 57625403 by Manufacturer Norcross as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Nippon-Bearing Brand KB80UUAJ in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Nordson such as MINISLBSSTD01ACAWBA equipment made by Nordson have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nordson products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nordson" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 10010001127 made by Noshok as well as the popular YE7000 original spares produced by Nireco Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SK100LA by Nord and MINISLBSSTD01ACAWBA spares by Nordson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original QPP356G2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Northern-Telecom. |
