COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Nematron ML121QN1623 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Neuro-Logic-Systems products, including obsoleted and phased-out Northern-Magnetics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nippon-Bearing product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Neuro-Logic-Systems such as the RFT27U spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SQ0005A00 manufactured by Northern-Magnetics and we are pleased to be able to service most Northern-Magnetics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SWFC20UU by Manufacturer Nippon-Bearing as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has North-American-Electric Brand PEXP256TC204 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Nordson such as 274593 equipment made by Nordson have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nordson products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nordson" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available M4 made by Niasa as well as the popular 42687 original spares produced by Northern-Industrial Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SK12080VF by Nord and 274593 spares by Nordson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MRE256SP052FBB Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nsd. |
