COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Nematron ML104QT1023S parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nexen products, including obsoleted and phased-out Noyes parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 North-American-Electric product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nexen such as the 913032 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the OPM11B manufactured by Noyes and we are pleased to be able to service most Noyes systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PEXP284TS252 by Manufacturer North-American-Electric as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Nemicon Brand ASS1024GC2410000E in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Nimih such as HGW25HCH equipment made by Nimih have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nimih products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nimih" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CM101TPH made by Nissyo-Instrument-Co.,-Ltd. as well as the popular 1SI63VIEC71 original spares produced by Nord Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SK90321 by Nord and HGW25HCH spares by Nimih are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RIM85240E011LD Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Northstar. |
