COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Nematron ML104QT1013S parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nippon-Bearing products, including obsoleted and phased-out Noshok parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nortec product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nippon-Bearing such as the TWD32UU spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 20050002527ST8 manufactured by Noshok and we are pleased to be able to service most Noshok systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1580131 by Manufacturer Nortec as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has North-Star Brand 76030121 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Noshok such as 1001501127 equipment made by Noshok have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Noshok products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Noshok" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available M510AM made by Nireco as well as the popular P570S110 original spares produced by North-American-Imaging Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the Pellicle by Nikon and 1001501127 spares by Noshok are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CM101TPH Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nissyo-Instrument-Co.,-Ltd.. |
