COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Nematron LP8336-YC34700 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued North-American-Electric products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nord parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Novotechnik product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader North-American-Electric such as the PEXP256T202 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 100L40CUSBRE40HKZ manufactured by Nord and we are pleased to be able to service most Nord systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LWG03603 by Manufacturer Novotechnik as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Nook Brand SBN878 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Nook such as EZF2020 equipment made by Nook have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nook products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nook" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 4S013374 made by Nikon as well as the popular BT180 original spares produced by Neptronic Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EXP710PLRA by Nortech-Engineering and EZF2020 spares by Nook are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 7807501 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ni. |
