COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Nematron IWS-30/CP parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Captec products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kinco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Lg product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Captec such as the KAT150533 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MT4230T manufactured by Kinco and we are pleased to be able to service most Kinco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M36LBL803X by Manufacturer Lg as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Vacon Brand NXSPANEL in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Imtech such as MH3000II100A3ANALOG equipment made by Imtech have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Imtech products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Imtech" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MC1000II100A4ANALOG made by Imtech as well as the popular P1127370ampSBC8360REVB1 original spares produced by Axiomtek Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LQ121S1DG11 by Cinetic-Automation-/-Sharp and MH3000II100A3ANALOG spares by Imtech are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original KEB100NNC3006C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Agie. |
