COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Nematron IWS-30 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Okuma products, including obsoleted and phased-out Micro-Innovation parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Coutant-Electronics product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Okuma such as the OSP5020M spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MC243010TVB110 manufactured by Micro-Innovation and we are pleased to be able to service most Micro-Innovation systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NSCDS002A by Manufacturer Coutant-Electronics as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Monitech Brand ML121CTMOD10 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Greisinger such as MSD40BRE equipment made by Greisinger have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MMPMA2400 made by Modicon as well as the popular MV4590TA1100 original spares produced by Moeller

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the Mc64 by Kontron and MSD40BRE spares by Greisinger are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IWS30SE Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Superior-Electric.
