COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Nematron IWS-1501 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Kyocera products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rkc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Indramat product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Kyocera such as the KMT1288MPD1AT spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MA9018FK05883ANNN81Y manufactured by Rkc and we are pleased to be able to service most Rkc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MAC071C0JS4C095A1WI504LVS001 by Manufacturer Indramat as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Beckwith-Electric Brand M3425A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tw-Ransburg such as LECU500412 equipment made by Tw-Ransburg have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tw-Ransburg products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tw-Ransburg" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MEM86192K192KRM made by Asea as well as the popular LA9B102 original spares produced by Telemecanique Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KJ2003X1BA2 by Emerson and LECU500412 spares by Tw-Ransburg are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M1010BT Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Metra-Instruments. |
