COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Nematron IPC1500-7-4GB-300SS-7-DC parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Northstar products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nexen parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nordson product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Northstar such as the HSD35102487 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 802959 manufactured by Nexen and we are pleased to be able to service most Nexen systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2304 by Manufacturer Nordson as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Nikon Brand 4S5874722 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by North-American-Electric such as 1100B1003RHT213A000 equipment made by North-American-Electric have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire North-American-Electric products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "North-American-Electric" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available E1P20012TSI made by Noaz as well as the popular 2682588 original spares produced by Nhbb Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3041B1504XP0024H000 by North-American-Electric and 1100B1003RHT213A000 spares by North-American-Electric are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NL6448BC2626D Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nlt-Technologies. |
