COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Nematron IF5106-F4H050B0 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nemicon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nook parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 North-American-Electric product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nemicon such as the HES252MD spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 108200100 manufactured by Nook and we are pleased to be able to service most Nook systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3041B0754XP0024H000 by Manufacturer North-American-Electric as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Nord-Gear Brand SK80L in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Norgren such as A1677A1PS25X8 equipment made by Norgren have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Norgren products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Norgren" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available AP01S12G211BIS made by Norton-Actuators as well as the popular OVM012DE original spares produced by Nemicon Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NOCS10002HC by Nemicon and A1677A1PS25X8 spares by Norgren are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2TPIF468 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nissei. |
