COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Nematron IC61A1-CB5105F0 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Siemens products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rexroth parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sick product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Siemens such as the LTMODULINT200A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IPC300P3 manufactured by Rexroth and we are pleased to be able to service most Rexroth systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IVC3D21112 by Manufacturer Sick as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ormec Brand MACDE011C2I in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Leuze-Electronic such as LSR71344E equipment made by Leuze-Electronic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Leuze-Electronic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Leuze-Electronic" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LMXD62S800A made by Siemens as well as the popular MC402 original spares produced by Hyde-Park Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IC693UDR005KP1 by Fanuc and LSR71344E spares by Leuze-Electronic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IC693UDR001NP1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fanuc. |
