COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Nematron IC5036-82310000 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Control-Instruments products, including obsoleted and phased-out Indramat parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Fanuc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Control-Instruments such as the Max1000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KDS11150300W1115 manufactured by Indramat and we are pleased to be able to service most Indramat systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IC660TSD100K by Manufacturer Fanuc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cts Brand M242AENPHV000PH300000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Accurate such as MB51P equipment made by Accurate have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Accurate products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Accurate" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ID15H515E made by Baldor as well as the popular MBM400HR6G original spares produced by Fanuc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MAC071B0FS4C095B0WI1520LVS001 by Indramat and MB51P spares by Accurate are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
