COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Nematron GL-SPV8-PC1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Horner products, including obsoleted and phased-out Yaskawa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ona product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Horner such as the HE800DIM410A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SGM7J01AFC6SSGD7SR90A00A manufactured by Yaskawa and we are pleased to be able to service most Yaskawa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M34QKH361X122 by Manufacturer Ona as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Honeywell Brand TCCCR013 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Yaskawa such as SGMJV02ADE6SSGDV1R6A01B equipment made by Yaskawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yaskawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yaskawa" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available NT31CST141V2 made by Omron as well as the popular PX18NB1L5ESUA original spares produced by Pixelink Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PCS095 by Hergeth-Hollingsworth and SGMJV02ADE6SSGDV1R6A01B spares by Yaskawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GT1155QSBDC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsubishi. |
