COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Nematron Corp EPCP15T-T2A01XAA0C45, parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Square-D products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ge-Fanuc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Indramat product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Square-D such as the JLP36250 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IC3600SCZA1 manufactured by Ge-Fanuc and we are pleased to be able to service most Ge-Fanuc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MAC093A0LS4C110A0WI520LVS001 by Manufacturer Indramat as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baldor Brand ID15H503E in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Schneider such as HVM0270051200OB equipment made by Schneider have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Schneider products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Schneider" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available KCM3 made by Ktron as well as the popular MC240 original spares produced by Mitsubishi Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the L1SE0114085 by Asco and HVM0270051200OB spares by Schneider are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original K30041 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Lincoln. |
