COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Nec Hitachi Seiki Lambda 10L parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sew-Eurodrive products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rexroth parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ixys product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sew-Eurodrive such as the MDX61B01105A3400 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MDD112CN030N2L130PB0 manufactured by Rexroth and we are pleased to be able to service most Rexroth systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MWI10012E8 by Manufacturer Ixys as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Square-D Brand ME36600LSG in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rexroth such as MSK101D0450NNS1BG2NNNN equipment made by Rexroth have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rexroth products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rexroth" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MX8102 made by Automated-Logic as well as the popular LMS211S14 original spares produced by Sick Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the Levelmark614 by Penberthy and MSK101D0450NNS1BG2NNNN spares by Rexroth are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NPL8316E36E Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Asco. |
