COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the National Instruments PXI-6704 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued 3com products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sel-Motor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Emerson product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader 3com such as the 3C16250 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SEL387E manufactured by Sel-Motor and we are pleased to be able to service most Sel-Motor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SP4403 by Manufacturer Emerson as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Honeywell Brand R7510B10034 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Cognex such as R540113272 equipment made by Cognex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cognex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cognex" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available VFS5275001202604A015 made by Kollmorgen as well as the popular SP180SMF2401I125 original spares produced by Wittenstein Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SCP654 by Square-D and R540113272 spares by Cognex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original YAPMU300 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Spea. |
