COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the National Instruments 198405C-01L parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Oriental-Motor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sames/exel parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Phoenix product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Oriental-Motor such as the BLD60AMK spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1309562 manufactured by Sames/exel and we are pleased to be able to service most Sames/exel systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PSRSCP24UCESA42X11X2 by Manufacturer Phoenix as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Omron Brand C200HWPA209R in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Schneider such as XPSECM5131 equipment made by Schneider have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Schneider products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Schneider" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 6ES73317NF100AB0 made by Siemens as well as the popular 97UMM0416G original spares produced by Siemens Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SELPRTU by Schweitzer and XPSECM5131 spares by Schneider are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3UB11001DQ73UB18100D Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens. |
