COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the National 91K100GP-2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Apex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bullard parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Textron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Apex such as the AL070P1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the D586137 manufactured by Bullard and we are pleased to be able to service most Bullard systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature B0310A107 by Manufacturer Textron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sm Brand CHHUS4195DB725 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sumitomo such as CHHM4190DB equipment made by Sumitomo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sumitomo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sumitomo" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available B55838 made by John-Crane as well as the popular 926T original spares produced by Dodge Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BD2004 by Redex and CHHM4190DB spares by Sumitomo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 9535016 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Anelva. |
