COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Nanotec AS5918S2804-E parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Neimicon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nook parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Next-cprt product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Neimicon such as the OVW2062MHT spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 11030 manufactured by Nook and we are pleased to be able to service most Nook systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3EEBD10C03 by Manufacturer Next-cprt as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Nemicon Brand HES202HC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Noritake such as OB21L equipment made by Noritake have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Noritake products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Noritake" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 4S013374 made by Nikon as well as the popular SXE973A600013JB original spares produced by Norgren Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NM35213202 by Nord and OB21L spares by Noritake are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SWK32GUU Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nb. |
