COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Nanomotion AB1A-2-HR-E2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nippon-Denso products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nexen parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Netstal product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nippon-Denso such as the 4101000450 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 964537 manufactured by Nexen and we are pleased to be able to service most Nexen systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1102410822 by Manufacturer Netstal as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Nordson Brand 72033A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Nikki-Denso such as NPSFIMA402 equipment made by Nikki-Denso have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nikki-Denso products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nikki-Denso" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LED made by Netstal as well as the popular IWS17001 original spares produced by Nematron Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BG2602A150H by Nb and NPSFIMA402 spares by Nikki-Denso are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SMSF25WUU Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nippon-Bearing. |
