COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Nana Electronics BNC-40CAO parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nematron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nb parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Norgren product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nematron such as the EPC15TC010XAA0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SFWS20X36FS102 manufactured by Nb and we are pleased to be able to service most Nb systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PP51A by Manufacturer Norgren as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Nord Brand 1SI75VN140TC80LP4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Nemicon such as HES252MD equipment made by Nemicon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nemicon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nemicon" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available iPC1950Tif4GB80SSDVD7U made by Nematron as well as the popular NCRCAB1A2C113UL original spares produced by Nikki-Denso Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 4S5874693 by Nikon and HES252MD spares by Nemicon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MVC4NTF Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Neundorfer. |
