COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Omron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Omron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nutfield product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Omron such as the F10C25 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3Z4MS01 manufactured by Omron and we are pleased to be able to service most Omron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature QS10 by Manufacturer Nutfield as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Namco Brand EE21038740 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Nidec-shimpo such as DT5TG1 equipment made by Nidec-shimpo have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available EE21021344 made by Namco as well as the popular DP371JF4 original spares produced by Omega

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the E3KR10K4 by Omron and DT5TG1 spares by Nidec-shimpo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 188065B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nordson.
