COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Namco EE510-9104 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Oilgear products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nmc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Omegadyne product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Oilgear such as the L25128787307500 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 9655030B9629 manufactured by Nmc and we are pleased to be able to service most Nmc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LCCD50 by Manufacturer Omegadyne as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Novotechink Brand TLH0600 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Nivelco such as URP2634M equipment made by Nivelco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nivelco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nivelco" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available E3SR62 made by Omron as well as the popular 274685A original spares produced by Nordson Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 803352 by Nexen and URP2634M spares by Nivelco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original F3SJA0320P30D Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron. |
