COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Namco E750 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nord products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nidec-Avtron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Norcontrol product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nord such as the SK92721AMH spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HS35M manufactured by Nidec-Avtron and we are pleased to be able to service most Nidec-Avtron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HEr100350 by Manufacturer Norcontrol as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Namco Brand EE53086400 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Nematron such as PV560TV46 equipment made by Nematron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nematron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nematron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BG4620D840H made by Nippon-Bearing as well as the popular TVCS4 original spares produced by Nidec

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 18B14923 by Oem and PV560TV46 spares by Nematron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1948A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nisshimba.
