COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Namco CYLINDICATOR parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Perceptron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Roto parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Omega product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Perceptron such as the S0600X0108Y0147Z0310 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TDC2C4115 manufactured by Roto and we are pleased to be able to service most Roto systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature K1G100D7M0242F2 by Manufacturer Omega as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Raytek Brand RAYET3P7SF in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Proteus such as 0806PN9 equipment made by Proteus have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Proteus products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Proteus" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available F150LTC20 made by Omron as well as the popular 38954 original spares produced by Rosemount Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RIMLH1024 by Northstar and 0806PN9 spares by Proteus are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SS7B351MDO Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Safescan. |
