COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Nachi UM858 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Yamazaki-Mazak products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pepperl--Fuchs parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Automation-Direct product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Yamazaki-Mazak such as the 000701D spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the WCSIP110 manufactured by Pepperl--Fuchs and we are pleased to be able to service most Pepperl--Fuchs systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DPC321 by Manufacturer Automation-Direct as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mitsubishi Brand A951G0TSBDM3 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Eurotherm such as L5341 equipment made by Eurotherm have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available A99443309 made by Paneltec as well as the popular 2200222 original spares produced by Xycom

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 35330321G by Cincinnati and L5341 spares by Eurotherm are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2580714 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Intercolor.
