COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Nachi UM213E L8800F(L8800F06) parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Eaton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sencon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Philips-Dynalite product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Eaton such as the EASY719DCRCX spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A500126 manufactured by Sencon and we are pleased to be able to service most Sencon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DLE405 by Manufacturer Philips-Dynalite as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Westinghouse Brand S1809803 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Pitsco such as 34243 equipment made by Pitsco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pitsco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pitsco" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 6DD16840FA0 made by Siemens as well as the popular PC1663C original spares produced by Okuma Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3TK28050AG2 by Siemens and 34243 spares by Pitsco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 34005002 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rocker-Industries. |
