COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nippon-Bearing products, including obsoleted and phased-out Norcross parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nematron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nippon-Bearing such as the TRFC30UU spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MP2000 manufactured by Norcross and we are pleased to be able to service most Norcross systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 200A0844 by Manufacturer Nematron as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Nemicon Brand NOC2202MHC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Netstal such as 1102408222 equipment made by Netstal have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Netstal products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Netstal" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ML104QT1023S made by Nematron as well as the popular E76030006 original spares produced by Namco

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2TPIC205 by Nissei and 1102408222 spares by Netstal are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 4S007668A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nikon.
