COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nematron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nb parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nb product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nematron such as the 1F0000110 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SEB7BUU manufactured by Nb and we are pleased to be able to service most Nb systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SFWS24X18FS102 by Manufacturer Nb as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Nemicon Brand OVM012DE in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Nematron such as 4924T equipment made by Nematron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nematron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nematron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 6200262 made by Norcontrol as well as the popular EE5179442 original spares produced by Namco

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 225493021003 by Norand and 4924T spares by Nematron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SPA223A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nicon.
