COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Murr Elektronic 85066 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nabtesco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nikki-Denso parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nireco product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nabtesco such as the 1479841 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NCRDAB0A2C302UL manufactured by Nikki-Denso and we are pleased to be able to service most Nikki-Denso systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature YE7000 by Manufacturer Nireco as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Namco Brand EE23039120 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Nissei such as TB610 equipment made by Nissei have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nissei products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nissei" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RD147 made by Nes as well as the popular G3FM2840040W original spares produced by Nissei Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IF5106F4H050B0 by Nematron and TB610 spares by Nissei are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AS5918S2804E Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nanotec. |
