COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Murr 85099 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nemicon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nelson-Electric-Mfg-Co parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nexen product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nemicon such as the OPN252MHC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1035BC310 manufactured by Nelson-Electric-Mfg-Co and we are pleased to be able to service most Nelson-Electric-Mfg-Co systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 910097 by Manufacturer Nexen as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Nemicon Brand HEF102MC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Nec such as 182432112 equipment made by Nec have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ASE1566 made by Nakanishi as well as the popular SBN878 original spares produced by Nook

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DFIM5580D1024A by Nec and 182432112 spares by Nec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RD160E71 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nabtesco.
