COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Multi Products TB2001 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nippon-Valve-Controls products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nec-Sanyo-Denki parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nakanishi(nsk) product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nippon-Valve-Controls such as the PAXMV105UUPR spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DFSM730B manufactured by Nec-Sanyo-Denki and we are pleased to be able to service most Nec-Sanyo-Denki systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NE145 by Manufacturer Nakanishi(nsk) as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Nais Brand AFP12553EM in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Nikki-Denso such as NPSATMTA222 equipment made by Nikki-Denso have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nikki-Denso products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nikki-Denso" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available NCSAMQB72 made by Nikki-Denso as well as the popular 09AAB215 original spares produced by Nikon Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PANEL5000IPM702TCJSD by Nodka and NPSATMTA222 spares by Nikki-Denso are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original UM230C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nachi. |
