COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mts RPM0145U701SIG2100 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nireco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nb parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 National-Aperture-Inc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nireco such as the SN12G spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BG3310A300H manufactured by Nb and we are pleased to be able to service most Nb systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MM3MEX10BRL14 by Manufacturer National-Aperture-Inc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Nematron Brand KBD2202002 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Myers such as 6CM2S90 equipment made by Myers have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Myers products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Myers" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 2S700536 made by Nikon as well as the popular EE5179442 original spares produced by Namco Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RPM75DMD511C202211 by Mts and 6CM2S90 spares by Myers are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 050947304 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nicolet-Instruments. |
