COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mts RHT0065URG01V010010 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nikki-Denso products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ncs-l-11-50-Pnp parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nikon product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nikki-Denso such as the NPSA510 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NCSL11 manufactured by Ncs-l-11-50-Pnp and we are pleased to be able to service most Ncs-l-11-50-Pnp systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 4S007668A by Manufacturer Nikon as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mts Brand RHT0120UF30AS1B6402 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Nidec such as M200024 equipment made by Nidec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nidec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nidec" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DNCT2020A10 made by National-Controls as well as the popular SSP20S750mm original spares produced by Nb Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HES182HT by Nemicon and M200024 spares by Nidec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NOCS10002HC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nemicon. |
