COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mts RHM0300MD701S2G1100 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Omega products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nbs parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mts product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Omega such as the LD40005 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 10C86100S2A8T72WSD27Z manufactured by Nbs and we are pleased to be able to service most Nbs systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LHTRG00U01301V0 by Manufacturer Mts as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Omron Brand E2KX8MY1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Nais such as ANL39003 equipment made by Nais have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nais products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nais" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SN12040000 made by Namco as well as the popular FTI101670K1 original spares produced by Novotechink Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LC302250 by Omega and ANL39003 spares by Nais are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original E3MCMA11 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron. |
