COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mts MRAIAIE14D0U02000E parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nemicon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nanya parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Muds011a1a product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nemicon such as the HES252C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LCBLDT163M14C manufactured by Nanya and we are pleased to be able to service most Nanya systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PANASONIC by Manufacturer Muds011a1a as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Nb Brand 16209 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Nercon such as T56H1052AAPT equipment made by Nercon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nercon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nercon" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available E76030006 made by Namco as well as the popular SWF24GUU original spares produced by Nb Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RPM0050MF021A01 by Mts and T56H1052AAPT spares by Nercon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RHT0120UF30AS1B6402 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mts. |
