COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mts MRA1M1D24F0M0052S parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nemicon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nexlight parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nikon product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nemicon such as the NOC3S10002MHC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the WRT9600 manufactured by Nexlight and we are pleased to be able to service most Nexlight systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 4B043726 by Manufacturer Nikon as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Nb Brand SFW24X50FS115 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Nexen such as 964537 equipment made by Nexen have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nexen products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nexen" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 74587501 made by National-Instruments as well as the popular 4924T original spares produced by Nematron Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3EEBD10C03 by Next-cprt and 964537 spares by Nexen are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original POWRSAFE Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Multi-amp. |
