COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mts MRA1D1F25F0U06500S parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nidec-Motor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mycom parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Neugart product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nidec-Motor such as the MOT14196 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SD45 manufactured by Mycom and we are pleased to be able to service most Mycom systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 100271817 by Manufacturer Neugart as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Nachi Brand MFMA552D4V3 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Nakanishi such as E3000C equipment made by Nakanishi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nakanishi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nakanishi" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available IPC1500TI54GB160SS7DCNL made by Nematron as well as the popular MFM4527V original spares produced by Nachi Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the G3FJ225T040A by Nissei and E3000C spares by Nakanishi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NOCS25002MD Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nemicon. |
