COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nikon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nikki-Denso parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nemicon product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nikon such as the 4S588063 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NA20180F20H manufactured by Nikki-Denso and we are pleased to be able to service most Nikki-Denso systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HES202M by Manufacturer Nemicon as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Nippon-Bearing Brand KB60UUAJ in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Nadesco such as RB20R10A equipment made by Nadesco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nadesco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nadesco" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available USADED made by Nachi as well as the popular UA1 original spares produced by Nireco

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 911991 by Nexen and RB20R10A spares by Nadesco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 74589501 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer National-Instruments.
